Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Air Axle product. If you don’t, here’s how returns work.
Eligibility
• You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
• The item must be unused or gently used, in its original packaging where possible.
• Magnetic lashes, due to hygiene reasons, may only be returned if the inner seal is unbroken.
Photos of dissatisfaction with worn lashes are accepted on a case-by-case basis under our 30-
day satisfaction guarantee.
How to start a return
1. Email support@airaxle.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We’ll reply within 24 hours with a return shipping address and instructions.
3. Once your return arrives and is inspected, we issue a refund to your original payment method
within 5–7 business days.
Return shipping cost
• Defective or wrong items: we cover return shipping.
• Change of mind: customer covers return shipping.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, check with your bank or card issuer first —
processing time varies. If you’ve done that and still have not received your refund, contact us at
support@airaxle.com or +1 (307) 527-0991.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@airaxle.com with a photo within
48 hours of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or full refund — your choice.
