Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Air Axle product. If you don’t, here’s how returns work.
Eligibility
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
The item must be unused or gently used, in its original packaging where possible.
Magnetic lashes, due to hygiene reasons, may only be returned if the inner seal is unbroken.
Photos of dissatisfaction with worn lashes are accepted on a case-by-case basis under our 30-
day satisfaction guarantee.
How to start a return
1. Email support@airaxle.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We’ll reply within 24 hours with a return shipping address and instructions.
3. Once your return arrives and is inspected, we issue a refund to your original payment method
within 5–7 business days.
Return shipping cost
Defective or wrong items: we cover return shipping.
Change of mind: customer covers return shipping.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, check with your bank or card issuer first —
processing time varies. If you’ve done that and still have not received your refund, contact us at
support@airaxle.com or +1 (307) 527-0991.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@airaxle.com with a photo within
48 hours of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or full refund — your choice.
