Where we ship
• United States ✨✨ and Australia ✨✨ — covered by free shipping on orders over $50.
• Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.
Delivery time
• Standard delivery: 6–7 business days from dispatch.
• Tracking is included on every order — you’ll receive a tracking link by email when your order
ships.
Free shipping threshold
Orders over $50 ship free. The cart shows you how much more you need to spend to qualify.
Lost or stuck shipments
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 7+ days, email support@airaxle.com with your order number and we’ll
investigate with the carrier.
Duties & taxes
US and Australian orders include all applicable taxes. International customers are responsible for any
local duties on import.
